No contact since causing damage to our equipment

This guy turned up to install batteries and when he energized the property again he has blown up 3 ceiling fans a down light, rangehood. and a large roller shutter on our door. Numerous attempts to contact with no answers. Suppose to have insurance claim number from him 7 weeks ago but as usual wont answer calls emails. etc. Have since had numerous problems which included us needing another electrician to repair his faulty workmanship.
