Hamlan’s origins lie in Anglesea, where we began rebuilding cedar-clad homes after the 1983 Ash Wednesday bushfires. Today, Hamlan remains a family-operated home builder with a strong reputation as Geelong’s preeminent builder, specialising in coastal homes, split-level designs, and custom builds—while building everything in between. Our commitment to quality and innovation is reflected in the recognition we continue to receive, including awards for our display homes. Most recently, we were honoured by the MBAV for Sustainable Home of the Year and Best Display over $500,000 for our Cumberland 266 display in Gen Fyansford.
