Mir Rendering is a locally owned business servicing Dandenong & surrounding areas of North Victoria. We provide commercial and residential rendering services all over northen victoria. Sand finish is also called as rendering. It is a mix of sand, cement and lime. Traditional sand rendering is very versatile and usually applied directly to rough surfaces such as brick, concrete or blockwork. This results in an even flat finish with a slight sand texture. A sand finish render can also be applied to existing painted surfaces provided the surfaces have been suitably treated first. The end result is a smooth sand finish.
