Lack of after sales service
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Price Power Group -Kelso. I had solar and batteries installed, however, something just isn't right with it. It's exporting a large amount of kwh and my bill has only reduced by $50 a quarter and thats after installing $18,000.00 of solar and including 2 x 10 kwh batteries. When the second battery was installed I was told it hadn't been working for the last 12 months. WTF? I was assured it was fixed. I have spoken to them twice to about comming over and checking the system but to date (after 2 months) no one has been. (even offered to pay for a service if needed). I am now in the process of engaging another electrical / solar company to check it over. Having said the above, all the staff have been excellent and I feel my lack of customer service must be a management decision or policy.
