TCON is an architectural builder based in Melbourne, specialising in complex residential construction, heritage renovations, basements and interior fitouts. We work across Melbourne's inner east, inner south east and Bayside, delivering homes designed by some of Australia's leading architects. Our approach centres on early contractor involvement, where we join the project at concept design to align scope, budget and buildability before plans are finalised. Feasibility estimates produced through this process are historically within 10 per cent of the final contract value. We have built heritage homes across Boroondara, Stonnington and Bayside, working in heritage overlay areas that require careful planning and documentation.
