Hamlan was born out of the Ash Wednesday fires in 1983, originally assisting in re-building cedar-clad homes in Anglesea and along the Surf Coast. Today, Hamlan is Geelong’s largest locally owned and operated builder, renowned for designing and building coastal homes, split-level homes, custom builds, and acreage homes in Bannockburn and across the Greater Geelong region. Hamlan is genuinely passionate about the community in which they operate, having formed strong partnerships with various local community groups, sporting clubs and charity organisations including Read the Play, G21, Geelong Community Foundation, Grow, Northern Futures, Regional Industry Sector Employment program (RISE).
